Terms of Sale

All items are pre-screened to the best of our ability. We offer a 30-day return privilege so long as the reason for the return is with cause. Buyer’s Remorse returns will not be accepted. Premiere Auctions Group does not own the items being auctioned; all items have been consigned. Thus, after 30 days all consignors are paid, and the funds are no longer available for possible refund. Please advise Premiere Auctions ASAP within the 30-day period if you have an item you wish to discuss returning.

The auctioneer has final say on who is the high bidder. Bidding through Proxibid is available for online bidding. Premiere Auctions & auctioneers assume no responsibility for error which may result from using the online bidding platform.

There is a 17% buyers premium on all items offered in the sale.

All invoices that total less than $1,000.00 will automatically be applied to your card on file with Proxibid. Please be sure your card on file is valid and not expired. Credit card processing fees apply. If your invoice total is greater than $1,000, you have the option to mail in a check or money order. You must notify us within 24 hours after the auction has ended that you will be mailing in payment otherwise the card on file will be charged. Please notify via email to liz@premiereauctionsgroup.com - If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged.

  • How to pay for your auction wins:

    If you are mailing in payment:
    > Deduct the “Processing fee”
    > If you are not a resident of Ohio - Deduct the sales tax as Premiere Auctions does not remit out
    of state sales tax. It is your responsibility to pay any due taxes directly to the governmental agencies who may
    require it in your area.

  • Sales tax will automatically be calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, delivery address, shipping from address and category of item purchased. If you have a tax exemption you must log into your Proxibid account and enter your tax exemption number at least 3 days prior to the sale.

  • Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. If you desire insurance on your package you must request it to have it added to your invoice. Insurance is NOT automatically added and Premiere Auctions Group, LLC is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or damaged once they are in the care of the shipping company or USPS.

    Shipping is based on USPS Priority Mail fees and the size, weight and number of items. We will combine as many items as we safely can. Pottery items are usually shipped separately.

    Items marked as 'Floor Only' are to be sold only to the floor crowd and cannot be shipped.
